1. Organizer
The draw is organised by Carter's Spain , represented by Skuidcorp SL, with registered office at Roc Boronat 147, 10º, Barcelona, Spain. This draw is aimed at legal residents in Spain over 18 years of age.
2. Requirements to Participate
To participate in the draw, the following requirements must be met:

Follow the official Carter's Spain account on Instagram ( @cartersespanaofficial ).

Like the official giveaway post on Instagram.

Tag a friend or family member in the comments of the official giveaway post.
3. Duration of the Sweepstakes
The draw will be valid from December 18, 2024 until December 25, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Carter's Spain reserves the right to extend or modify this period if necessary.
4. Prize
The prize consists of a trip for 2 adults and 2 children to Paris, which includes:

Round trip transportation from Spain to Paris.

Accommodation for 2 nights in a hotel.

2-day theme park tickets .
Prize conditions:

The trip must take place on the dates determined by Carter's Spain and the prize provider. It will not be possible to modify these dates.

Expenses not specified in the prize description (e.g. meals, local transportation, insurance) will be borne by the winner.

The prize is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged for money or other goods or services.
5. Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected through a random draw using certified tools such as Easypromos or similar, ensuring transparency.

The draw will take place on December 26, 2024 and the result will be announced on Carter's Spain's social media channels.

The winner will be contacted directly via private message on Instagram.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days , a new draw will be held to designate another winner.
6. Exclusions
The following may not participate in the draw:

Employees of Skuidcorp SL, immediate family members or persons professionally linked to the draw.

Comments that do not comply with established requirements (example: labeling fake or inactive accounts).
7. Data Protection
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) , the personal data of the participants will be processed by Skuidcorp SL only for the management of the draw and communication with the winner. The data will not be shared with third parties, except when necessary for the delivery of the prize.
The participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by sending an email to contacto@skuidcorp.com .
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Carter's Spain reserves the right to modify the conditions of the draw if necessary, notifying you through its official channels.
