Carter's Club is our rewards program designed to reward your shopping and loyalty. For every euro you spend in our online store, you earn one point. Plus, you can earn additional points by following us on our social media, Facebook and Instagram!

Participating is very simple: you just need to have an account on our website.
By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions, including future changes.

You earn points in the following ways:

1. Shopping in our online store: For every euro spent, you get 1 point.
2. Social Media: If you haven't already, follow us on Facebook and Instagram to earn extra points.

1. Go to the "Redeem Points" session in the Gloob Carter's widget.
2. Redeem your accumulated points: every 250 points are equivalent to a €10 coupon .
3. Once redeemed, the system will automatically generate a coupon, which you can view in the "My Coupons" session .

At the end of your purchase, in the cart , you will have the option to apply coupons.

Enter your coupon code and the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.

Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date you earned them. Make sure you use them before they expire.

There is no minimum purchase amount to use your coupon. You can apply it to any order as long as the total is equal to or greater than the coupon value.

The coupon must be applied in full in a single purchase. If the order total is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance will not be held.

You can check your accumulated points in the following ways:

• In the Carter's Club widget , available on our website.
• When you are logged in, your accumulated points appear at the top of the page, next to icons for your account, cart and other options.
