What is Club Carter’s?

It’s our free club. When you sign up you get 20% off your first order and, from then on, you earn points on every order that you can redeem for vouchers.

How do I use my 20%?

After signing up we email you the code. Enter it in the cart. It’s valid on one order of new-collection items, can’t be combined with other offers and doesn’t apply to outlet items.

How do I earn and redeem points?
  • Log in to your account with the same email you signed up with.
  • You earn 1 point for every € spent, plus extra points if you follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
  • In the Club Carter’s widget, under “Redeem points”, every 250 points gets you a €10 voucher. The voucher appears in “My vouchers”.
Where can I see my points and vouchers?

In the Club Carter’s widget on the website. When you’re logged in they also appear at the top, next to your account.

Are there conditions for points and vouchers?
  • Points are valid for 12 months.
  • Each voucher must be used in full on a single order; if the order is lower, the remaining balance is lost.
  • There’s no minimum spend, as long as the total is equal to or higher than the voucher value.
How do I enter the prize draw?

When you sign up to Club Carter’s you’re automatically entered into the draw for 5 vouchers worth €200. The draw takes place on 15 October and we contact the winners using their sign-up details.
